| Common Uses |
|
There are typically five types of brochures used in daily business exchanges:
• Respond To Inquiries - When people asked about your product or service, they are interested. Sending this type of brochure is for a qualified buyer.
• Direct Mail - This type of brochure is included in all mailings attached with a sales letter. The sales letter effectively markets the company while the brochure showcases the product’s pictures, sales points and even technical data.
• Sales Support Tool - These brochures are used as your salesperson guides the buying through the sales pitch. They often are larger, contain larger photos, and bigger headlines.
• Leave Behinds - These brochures are produced as items you leave behind when you meet with a potential client. The brochure has a complete description of your products or services and benefits; Summarizing the sales pitch.
• Point-of-Sale - These brochures are more direct with a call to action such as those used at the checkout counter of your local bank. The bank is using these Point-of-Sale brochures to offer free gifts when you buy a product. They contain large headlines and often are in a flat state.

| The Process |

| The development process for a brochure begins with an order and definition of the purpose or use of the brochure. We then gather all assets such as photographs, text or copy, and other information that will be used on the brochure. We define the audience and who is going to be using the brochure. We usually do this in person if your organization is local. In person we can take pictures of your products, facility, etc.. We then design and submit a proof for your review. Upon review we make requested changes and resubmit for a second time. Once the second review is approved, we submit the brochure to one of our print resources for final print production. The brochures are shipped to our office and we personally deliver and inspect them for quality and customer satisfaction. |

| Photography |
|
| As a one-stop-shop we can acquire product shots, facility photographs or other images needed for the development of your assignment. Included in the price, one of our team members will visit your site and take pictures as needed. These pictures will be of professional quality and will be made available for this project only.
Additionally we sometimes use images from our in-house stock photography collections. Each image will be used and licensed for the assignment only. We are always willing to use additional images provided by you as long as those images are free of copyright restrictions.
The use of photography in marketing materials is subject to copyright laws and ownership rights, privileges and licenses. At Tech Corp - Creative Chrystals we take every precaution when working on assignments to eliminate the concern of copyright infringements.

| Print Production |

| As a creative firm we focus on begin creative. The print products that we produce are done outside our firm. As a result, we are able to work with many different resources. This allows us to identify the most cost effective source passing the savings onto you. Once an assignment is awarded, we produce the project in-house, provide proofs and review each stage of the assignment with you. When the design is complete and signed off on we forward the job onto one of our print resources for final production. The final product is shipped back to us and personally delivered and reviewed by one of our team members for quality and customer satisfaction. |
